If you contact us by mail or email, please include your company name, a contact name and phone number, and your company address so that we can resolve your issue as soon as possible. All customer complaints will be addressed within five working days.
Depending on the nature of the problem, it may take longer to determine what happened and why (for example, if we need to communicate with multiple suppliers). However, if you need to speak with a manager at any time, simply ask.
